Folorunsho Alakija is the wealthiest woman in Nigeria. Her house is

priced at about $700 million. Folorunsho Alakija’s house is not only

the most expensive in Nigeria, but it is also the most expensive house

owned by a woman and the most expensive in the whole continent of

Africa. It is also the fourth most expensive residential building in

the world. Folorunsho Alakija’s house is located in Ikoyi, Lagos. It

was constructed by the famous German company, Julius Berger.
